FULL MEMBERSHIP (Gold) $1,290 +Taxes
7 Day access to course unrestricted time frame
Discount green fee rate for your guests
Reciprocal agreement with Mapleview (some restrictions apply)
3 free cart rentals per season
GAO fees included

5 DAY PLUS MEMBERSHIP (Silver) $995 +Taxes
Monday to Friday anytime, Saturday after 2:00pm and Sunday after 11:00am
Holidays not included
Access to 3 Member Tournaments (Opening, Championship, Fall Classic)
Access to reciprocal agreement with Mapleview (some restrictions apply)
GAO fees included

5 DAY RESTRICTED MEMBERSHIP (Bronze) $795 +Taxes
5 day Sunday to Thursday, after 11:00am
Holidays not included
Access to 3 Member Tournaments (Opening, Championship, Fall Classic)
Access to reciprocal agreement with Mapleview (some restrictions apply)
GAO fees included

Reciprocal Agreement Between Rivendell GC & Mapleview GC

Members:
In an effort to add value to your membership at Rivendell we have negotiated an agreement with the management of the Mapleview Golf and Country Club of Perth. If you are not familiar with the course you can visit their website at www.ottawagolf.com/mapleview.

We have visited the course and have satisfied ourselves that this agreement will benefit our members as well as theirs. Management at Mapleview has provided an interesting and well kept layout for your golfing enjoyment. They are great people to deal with and we look forward to a long relationship with them.

Thank you for your cooperation in the way the system worked last year and we are counting on you to do your part again this season by abiding by the terms of the agreement and giving their course the same consideration and care that you do Rivendell. If a tee time must be cancelled please give adequate notice so we may book another member or allow Mapleview to fill that space. Rain check policies will be in place but please be prepared for a shower by taking some rain gear or waiting out a short rain delay. There is a licensed restaurant on site for your convenience and we would encourage you to partake of their hospitality. The beautiful town of Perth is only minutes away with a lovely downtown area and shopping if time allows. We intend to make this the first step towards ensuring that Rivendell remains the best value for your membership dollar.

THE AGREEMENT

Reciprocal agreement to be in force for the 2013 season from the clubs opening day to closing day as designated by each club.

Reciprocal agreement will include adult and Junior memberships as designated by host clubs, these may include 5 day members but discount card holders are not to be included in this agreement.

No green fees will be charged but cart fees will be mandatory under this agreement. Single golfers will be charged a 1/2 cart fee. The agreement is not valid for tournament play.

All tee time to be booked through the respective pro shops. Pro shop of each club will record rounds booked by their members to allow up to two rounds per member per month. Two tee times per day may be booked by each golfer (eight golfers). Singles or groups less than 4 may be paired at the tee to make foursomes at the discretion of the host club pro shop or starter. Tee times may be booked up to 5 days in advance.

Start times will be; 11:00am or later Sunday through Friday and 1:00pm or later on Saturdays and Holidays.
